There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM, and the home is monitored with decibel sensors to ensure compliance. Long-term stays over 30 days require a background and credit check. The unit features a smart lock for secure, hassle-free entry with a personalized access code. The condo is equipped with lightning-fast fiber internet, making it ideal for remote work. A laptop computer is not included.
