This wheelchair accessible apartment is steps away from the best shopping, dining, and live music in Nashville. This apartment is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers and has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay and all the comforts of home. Great amenities await you, including a fully equipped kitchen, 100mbps+ internet, modern decor, and a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed. There is also a garden area to lounge and relax with friends and complimentary coffee. One complimentary parking spot is included. There is also a community garden with a cabana, 2 outdoor TVs, a gas grill, and a fire pit. Pets are welcome with an additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length. There are so many places within walking distance of the building in Music Row. Old Glory and Bella Napoli are some favorites. Hillsboro and Edge Hill neighborhoods offer shopping, restaurants and tons of other interesting information about where you will be staying. A car is not needed, as the apartment is walking distance to Midtown where you'll find local bars. Lyft/Uber to Broadway (Downtown Nashville) and the famous Honky Tonks are only $5-7 one-way. For the bold and adventurous, dockless Lime scooters are available. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Max 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [similar breed].
