This apartment is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers, and has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay and all the comforts of home. Great amenities await you, including a fully equipped kitchen, 100mbps+ internet, modern decor, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, a garden area to lounge and relax with friends, complimentary coffee, and a community garden with cabana, 2 outdoor TVs, gas grill, and fire pit. One complimentary parking spot is included. Additional paid services are available to enhance your stay, such as mid-stay cleanings, early check-in/late checkout when available, and more. A car is not needed, as the apartment is within walking distance to Midtown where you'll find local bars. Lyft/Uber to Broadway (Downtown Nashville) and the famous Honky Tonks are only $5-7 one-way. For the bold and adventurous, dockless Lime scooters are available. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Quiet hours are from 9pm-8am each day, and the apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest is provided per stay. The minimum age is 22, except for students/interns. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed, with a combined weight of 40lbs, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds. An additional pet fee of $100-300 will be collected separately, based on stay length. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule.
