It features a modern design infused with authentic Nashville-inspired decor and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy 100mbps+ internet, modern decor, and a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed. Enjoy the community garden with a cabana, 2 outdoor TVs, gas grill, and fire pit, and one complimentary parking spot. Pets are welcome with a fee of $100-300 based on stay length. There are many places within walking distance of this building in Music Row, including Old Glory and Bella Napoli. Midtown is within walking distance, where you'll find local bars. Lyft/Uber to Broadway (Downtown Nashville) and the famous Honky Tonks are only $5-7 one-way. For the bold and adventurous, dockless Lime scooters are available. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this condo, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. The presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [or similar breeds]. [SI]
