There are many places within walking distance of this building in Music Row. Lyft or Uber to Broadway (Downtown Nashville) and the famous Honky Tonks are only $5-7 one-way. For the bold and adventurous, dockless Lime scooters are available. This is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day, and guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed (40lbs combined), and no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs [similar breed] are permitted. An additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length is collected separately. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. In some instances, you may be asked to complete a criminal background check. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule.
