The living room invites you to relax with a large Roku TV for your favorite shows and movies. The kitchen is fully equipped with all essentials for cooking meals, minus a dishwasher. Comfortable sleeping is available for up to 8 guests across three queen-size beds and a twin/full bunk bed. The home includes two full bathrooms and one half bath for convenience. The game room keeps the kids entertained with toys, games, a trampoline, and a foosball table. Outdoor fun awaits with a fenced yard, in-ground trampoline, and hot tub for ultimate relaxation. A fire pit is also available for use. Enjoy free Wi-Fi, central heating and air conditioning, and parking for multiple vehicles. Pets are welcome at the cost of $10 per pet, per day, with guests required to pick up after their animals. Unauthorized pets incur a $250 fee. Service animals are permitted at no extra cost. This is a non-smoking property, and no large parties are allowed due to sensitive neighbors. A $200 per day fee will be assessed for smoking or vaping on the premises. Guests will be charged $75/hour for repairs required due to misuse during their stay. Starter toilet paper is provided, and guests staying longer than a week should bring additional supplies. The entire home is yours to enjoy with a seamless self-check-in and check-out process. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and a fee of $15 per hour.
