Garage parking is available, and two cars can fit in the driveway. Additional street parking is available in front of the house. Pets are welcome with a fee of $100 per pet for 1-2 nights, $150 per pet for 3-6 nights, $250 per pet for 7-29 nights, and $300 per pet per month for 30+ nights. Note that only pets under 50lbs are allowed. Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, this home is close to parks and family-friendly activities, with easy access to main roads for smooth commuting.
