Step out onto the covered back patio to enjoy the ocean breeze, complete with a sitting area and a Keurig coffee machine. Free Wi-Fi and free parking for up to 3 cars are available. Complimentary coffee is provided for your first morning. Located just one block from the white sandy beaches and popular restaurants in St. Augustine, this retreat is situated on Anastasia Island. The pool is a shared amenity with 4 total Paradise Palms units. Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 8 AM. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed on the property, including the front porch, and evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. Events are not allowed. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. Guests must update the number of guests to the correct amount, as additional fees may be charged for more guests on the premises than notated in the reservation. This home is not suitable for bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival.
