The living room boasts a 65" smart TV, a large plush sofa, and an open floor concept leading to the kitchen and dining area. Enjoy the spectacular resort-style backyard with a private pool, outdoor patio, and ample seating. The house is family-friendly with amenities like a Pack n Play and high chair. However, the pool is not heated, and no street parking is available to avoid tickets. Renting a car is a convenient option to explore the area at your own pace, making it easy to visit the many shopping centers, restaurants, and other points of interest nearby. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are also readily available, providing a convenient alternative to driving. Guests have access to the entire house via keypad entry, except for the locked owner’s closet. The primary guest must be at least 25 years of age to book, and check-in is at 4 pm while check-out is at 10 am. No pets are allowed, and absolutely no parties are permitted, which could lead to termination of the stay. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 7 am.
