We do not provide beach chairs or other beach gear, as we cannot guarantee space on this private beach. If you are renting dates from March 1 to October 31, it is highly recommended that you secure beach chair service through Seacrest's exclusive vendor, La Dolce Vita, soon after booking to ensure you have a reserved space on the beach. On their site, select "30A South Walton," then select "The Villas at Sunset Beach and Seacrest Beach" (your beach is Seacrest). They will request our address to reserve your chairs, which will be found on your rental agreement after booking. Only one vehicle is allowed, no exceptions. Spend your mornings biking along 30A’s scenic pathways, your afternoons soaking in the sugar-white sands, and your evenings savoring the upscale dining and entertainment just steps from your door. This studio delivers boutique coastal luxury with an effortless bohemian flair. Quiet hours are observed between 11 PM and 7 AM. Our properties are equipped with the fastest internet service available within their respective areas, and we utilize routers that allow us to monitor their status remotely. In the event internet service is intermittent or completely lost and the issue is determined to be caused by the service provider, there is simply nothing we can do besides wait for service to be restored and forward you updates directly from the service provider. There will be no compensation to guests if internet service is intermittent or completely lost due to the service provider. If you are traveling for business and the internet is crucial to your visit, we recommend bringing your own hotspot. The minimum age to rent is 25. [SI]
