The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to cook for your entire crew in your home away from home. This property includes extra linens and towels during your stay and a washer and dryer for guest use. A Pack N' Play is also available. Located on Beaver Lake, this property offers direct access to the lake and is 5.2 miles from Lost Bridge Marina and a 2-mile boat ride from Rocky Branch Marina. Situated on 2.5 acres of land, it provides the ultimate private lake getaway. This property is not pet-friendly, and pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host, and an event fee has been paid. Unauthorized parties will result in a $1000 fine. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking will result in a $1000 fine plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. There are no boats available, and guests are advised not to use any boats or kayaks seen on the property as they belong to neighbors.
