The kitchen is bold, dramatic, and brilliant, featuring stainless steel appliances, cooking essentials, and bold black cabinets. The living area is open and airy with grand high ceilings, plenty of couches, and a flat-screen TV with high-speed Wi-Fi. The dining area offers a modern chic space with a dining table for 8 and a 3-way fireplace. The master bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom, king-sized bed, and sitting area, while the additional bedrooms offer various bed arrangements including queen-sized beds and bunk beds. The bathrooms are sparkly clean with an oversized soaker tub in the master ensuite. The backyard features a beautiful pool, outdoor grill, lounge chairs, and a firepit. Free parking is available to guests with plenty of space in the double garage and on the driveway. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is available for use. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than 6 guests, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest. Conveniently located a stone's throw from the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, Waxahachie is a vibrant, authentic small-town Texas community. Known as the “Crape Myrtle Capital of Texas,” the city’s historic streets are lined with beautiful pink crape myrtles in full bloom each summer. Nearby attractions include Railyard Park, the Historic Downtown District, and the Ellis County African American Hall of Fame. For those interested in exploring the Dallas-Fort Worth area, there are attractions like Grand Prairie Premium Outlets and numerous nearby golf courses. Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4 pm and checkout is at 10 am. No parties or events are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted. The spa heating element and jets are inoperable. The fireplace is wood-burning, and guests are asked to refrain from using it without previously arranged, written approval.
