The cabin decor enhances the inviting atmosphere, making you feel at home. The sleeping arrangements include a King-size bed in the loft and a Full-size pullout bed in the living room. Fresh towels and linens are provided, and a washer and dryer are available for guest use. The cabin includes a hot tub and fire pit for outdoor relaxation. Please note that the driveway is steep, and all-wheel drive or 4-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended. Located just a 5-minute drive from Riverside Park, a 15-minute drive from the University of Arkansas campus, and a 20-minute drive from both Fayetteville Square and Devil's Den State Park, this cabin offers easy access to local attractions. Explore the Ozark Mountains, enjoy hiking and river activities at Devil's Den State Park, or relax by the West Fork River at Riverside Park. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee is paid. Unauthorized parties will result in a $1000 fine. This property is not pet-friendly, and any pets discovered will incur a $400 fine. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a $100 per hour fine. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking will result in a $1000 fine plus the cost of any necessary smoke remediation. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. [SI]
