Located in a very safe and centrally located neighborhood near several hospitals and beautiful beaches, this home offers a relaxing getaway for vacation or business travel. Located on a busier road, there is potential for noise. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Parties, events, or social gatherings of any size are not allowed at any time of the day. Our external security cameras can monitor occupancy, and a violation of these rules can result in the cancellation of the remainder of your stay without any refund and an additional penalty of up to $500. Pets must be leashed when not inside or in the fenced-in backyard. You must pick up after your pet, or a penalty of $75 per incident will apply. Unauthorized pets will incur a penalty of $250 per pet and possible cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without a refund. Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside, and if cleaners determine smoking has taken place, a $250 penalty will apply. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will apply. A rental agreement must be signed and a legal ID must be provided prior to check-in. Each reservation comes with 2 parking spots.
