You'll be just four blocks from the ocean and a short walk from the area's best restaurants, cafes, and nightlife. The home is also within walking distance of Tourmaline beach, a popular surfing spot. Please do not put anything other than toilet paper down the toilets, as you will be charged for any clogged toilets. When taking a shower in the master bathroom, the hot water is very hot and it takes about a minute to heat up. Please keep the noise level down at night since there are a lot of families in the neighborhood. The TV is covered with a tarp to protect it against the salty air, so keep the cover secured to the TV when not in use. To avoid plumbing issues, please do not put large amounts of food, grease, or anything else down the sink, as you will be charged for any sink backups caused by you.
