Located in the Vanderbilt Surf Colony neighborhood of North Naples, this complex is highly desired for its proximity to the beach, affordability, and pedestrian-friendly environment. You can easily walk to Vanderbilt Beach, and nearby high-end hotels like The Turtle Club, La Playa Resort, and The Ritz Carlton offer beachfront dining and bars. A vendor at the public beach access rents kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, and more. A bicycle rental store is less than a mile from the condo. Pets are not allowed. This is a self-check-in property, and all guests who are fully paid with HOA approval will receive access instructions prior to arrival. The unit is accessed from the common elevator located in the lobby of the building, which is locked. A key will be provided to enter the building and unit. The complex is behind a non-guarded gate, and only fully paid reservations with previous HOA approval will be allowed to enter. The community generator runs once a week for 15 minutes on Tuesdays, and the outside lanai cannot be used during this time due to noise and exhaust.
