The modern kitchen is fully equipped with quality stainless steel appliances, including a fridge/freezer, oven, glass cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher. Serve meals in the dining space at the provincial-style table set for six. The home features three generous bedrooms, each with comfortable beds and ample closet space. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and access to the covered patio. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom is perfect for families with two twin beds. These two bedrooms share a central bathroom with a full-size bath and overhead shower. The patio offers views of a beautiful lake, perfect for enjoying sunsets. Beach gear supplies including towels, toys, an umbrella, and 2 beach chairs are provided. Two community pools with chic cabanas are available for use. Parking for two cars is included with your stay. The townhouse is nestled on Anastasia Island, close to St. Augustine's rich history and attractions. The St. Augustine Lighthouse and Marine Museum and Anastasia State Park, offering beaches, bird watching, biking, swimming, fishing, and surfing, are nearby. The historic downtown area, with its shops, restaurants, and galleries, is a 10-15 minute drive away. Quiet hours are observed between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. Parties are not permitted, including bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. Any guests not on the reservation must vacate the property during quiet hours.
