Downstairs is air-conditioned for comfort. The basement offers a small lounge area with a pull-out bed, TV, microwave, and mini-fridge. Two large bedrooms downstairs feature high-end queen mattresses, and there’s a full bathroom with a tub and shower. Upstairs, you’ll find four large bedrooms with tall ceilings and generous closets. Two rooms have king-size high-end mattresses—one with a mahogany sleigh bed and the other with a modern black frame. These rooms also feature portable air conditioners. The back bedrooms each have queen-size high-end mattresses, with one on a leather sleigh bed and the other on a four-poster bed. One room includes a charming fireplace, while the other boasts a private balcony. A full bathroom with a tub and shower is shared, and towels are provided. Off-street parking is available, especially on 1st Ave West. For Microsoft employees, there’s a convenient weekday shuttle pick-up right in front of the house from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Queen Anne Avenue is lined with fantastic dining options, including How to Cook a Wolf, Eden Hill, Grappa (Italian), Ikiiki (Asian), Bounty Kitchen, Orrapin (Thai), Hilltop Alehouse, Queen Anne Café, and El Mezcalito (Mexican).
