The garage fits two vehicles, but accessing it may be challenging for larger vehicles due to recent parking issues with the complex across the street. Ample street parking is available in front of the home. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Renters must be at least 21 years of age, and guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
