Enjoy the sauna and fitness area with a Peloton Bike, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, smart TVs throughout the house, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a vintage record player. Parking is available for one car in the garage, with additional street parking. Dog friendly with a $150 pet fee per stay for up to 2 dogs, with no breed or weight restrictions. Nestled at the intersection of Nashville's vibrant 12th South and Edgewood neighborhoods, this home places you right in the heart of the city, with everything Nashville has to offer just 10 minutes away. A cozy coffee spot, Makai, and Smoothie King are just a block away. Within a short drive or a leisurely 10-15 minute walk, you'll discover fantastic restaurants, bars, and boutiques. Some favorite spots in Edgehill include Barcelona and Sadie’s. Walk in the other direction and you'll find yourself in the heart of the 12th South neighborhood, with gems like Lady Bird Tacos, Fonda, The Buttermilk Ranch, and Burger Up. The home has a garage that fits two vehicles, but due to recent parking issues with the complex across the street, accessing the garage may be more challenging for larger vehicles. There is ample street parking in front of the home. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Renters must be at least 21 years of age, and guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. No smoking is permitted on the property, including porches, decks, or outdoor areas, at any time. All guests shall not engage in illegal activity. Refrain from using decorations that include glitter or confetti or using tape, tacks, or other adhesive on the surfaces. There will be an additional cleaning fee of up to $500 for violations of the house rules above or for excessive cleaning required. Includes high-speed Wi-Fi and smart TVs throughout the house, easily connecting to all your favorite streaming apps.
