Step inside and be greeted by sleek and modern design, with tasteful decor and comfortable furnishings throughout. The large living area is perfect for gathering with friends and family, while the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm. The real highlight of this property is the backyard. Lounge on the patio and soak up the sun or take a dip in the sparkling pool and cool off on a hot day. The home caters to both short-term and medium-term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accommodations for your team during an extended project in our area, we provide a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience. Free parking is available to all guests in the garage or on the private back driveway. If additional parking is needed, feel free to park on the neighborhood streets as well. The laundry room is fully equipped with a washer and dryer should you need to refresh your clothing during your stay. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. No parties or events are allowed. Pets should be discussed in advance; only house-trained pets are allowed and they must be kept off beds and furniture. Pet cleaning fees apply. A noise alert device is installed to monitor noise levels and ensure compliance with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations. The fireplace is gas operated and should only be used if you are familiar with its operation. It must not be left unattended.
