Check-in for this listing ends at 9pm CST. Trash must be placed in a dumpster or trash chute, never left in public areas. Cardboard must be broken down and never placed down a trash chute. A minimum charge of $25 per bag/item that isn't properly disposed of. No smoking of any kind is allowed anywhere on the premises including outdoor spaces ($250 fine will be assessed and additional fees for remediation may apply). Quiet time is after 10pm.
