Please note that humidity and bugs are a natural occurrence in Florida; the property is professionally sprayed for bugs, but mosquitoes can sometimes be unavoidable. Smoking and drugs are not allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Guests are asked to respect the neighborhood and be considerate of neighbors with outdoor socializing after 10 pm and before 8 am, keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms on property unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. Guests are required to provide written notification and host approval for any pets, specifying breed and weight.
