The immediate area surrounding this apartment is one of Atlanta's most popular nightlife districts, with multiple clubs and bars within walking distance. It's a 3 minute walk to Piedmont Park (Largest and best in Atlanta), and a short walk to the Beltline, accessible through Ponce City Market. This apartment is located above a popular nightclub, and music can be heard from the unit during operating hours, typically on weekend evenings. While some guests enjoy the lively atmosphere and convenient location, light sleepers may experience noise. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit, in common areas, and on the property. Parties, events, and disruptive behavior are not permitted. Pets are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. A warning will be issued for noise complaints; a second complaint may result in removal from the property without refund. Do not move furniture, décor, or appliances. Tampering with Wi-Fi routers, smart devices, security cameras, or locks is strictly prohibited. Mail or package delivery is not allowed. The host/property is not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned deliveries. No glitter, confetti, glue, or paint. Any added décor must be approved in advance and removed before checkout. In the event that building management, maintenance staff, or emergency personnel need to access the unit, we’ll do our best to provide advance notice. Guests are required to allow entry if needed. For safety reasons, tampering with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, or other safety equipment is not permitted and may result in reservation cancellation. Lost keys, damaged lock devices, or lockouts may result in a replacement or service fee depending on the timing and circumstances. Wi-Fi is provided as a courtesy. While we aim to provide reliable service, connectivity is not guaranteed and may be impacted by provider outages or high usage. Guests are expected to maintain reasonable cleanliness during their stay. Excessive messes or damage may result in additional cleaning fees.
