Building amenities include a smoke-free environment, a fully equipped gym, and a lobby area. Unit amenities include air conditioning, a full kitchen, a coffee maker, a refrigerator, Smart TVs with streaming apps like Netflix, and free WiFi. If you're traveling by car, please be aware that the surface lot behind the building is managed by a third-party and is not associated with the apartment. Alternatively, you can use The Fulton Parking Garage, located just 5 minutes from the property, though it is also not affiliated with the apartment.
