Building amenities include a smoke-free property, a fully equipped gym, and a lobby area. If you're traveling by car, be aware that the surface lot behind the building is managed by a third-party. Alternatively, you can use The Fulton Parking Garage, located just 5 minutes from the property, though it is also not affiliated with the partner. Optional services to make your visit even more comfortable, like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout (when available), are available for additional fees. Located in the heart of the bustling Central Business District (CBD), this dynamic neighborhood blends historic charm with modern sophistication, offering the perfect setting for both business and leisure. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Quiet hours are between 9 PM and 8 AM. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. There is an additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through a verification portal. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old for out of town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
