Alternatively, you can use The Fulton Parking Garage, located just 5 minutes from the property, though it is also not affiliated with the partner. Additional services to enhance your stay, such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout (when available), are offered for additional fees. Located in the heart of the bustling Central Business District (CBD), this dynamic neighborhood blends historic charm with modern sophistication. Lafayette Square, Bourbon Street and Canal Street, Audubon Aquarium of the Americas, The National WWII Museum, Mercedes-Benz Superdome, and House of Blues are nearby. This is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. The presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. In some instances, you may be asked to complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
