Building amenities include a smoke-free property, a fully equipped gym, and a lobby area. If you're traveling by car, be aware that the surface lot behind the building is managed by a third-party. Alternatively, you can use The Fulton Parking Garage, located just 5 minutes from the property, though it is also not affiliated with the partner. Immerse yourself in the vibrant energy of New Orleans in the bustling Central Business District (CBD). This dynamic neighborhood blends historic charm with modern sophistication. Lafayette Square, Bourbon Street and Canal Street, Audubon Aquarium of the Americas, The National WWII Museum, Mercedes-Benz Superdome, and House of Blues are nearby. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am each day. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed (40lbs combined), and no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs [similar breed] are permitted. An additional pet fee of $100-300, based on stay length, will be collected separately. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a late fee of $75 per hour. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking.
