The game room is equipped with a full pool table and a chalkboard for tracking scores. In the large, fully stocked kitchen, cook up all your in-home meals using the stainless steel appliances and enjoy meals together at the cozy nook sitting table. The luxuriously large king beds are topped with super soft, quality bedding, and a full bathroom with a glass walk-in shower is fully stocked with fluffy white towels and basic toiletries. Head south along San Marco Ave for innovative food and drink options, cool indie shops, and end up in the downtown Historic District, which is a whole other adventure. Architecture enthusiasts will appreciate the nearby neighborhoods listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The Trolley offers a fun way to see the city with a hop-on, hop-off service that stops throughout St. Augustine. There may be some potential for noise from neighboring units. Quiet hours are enforced between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. per St. Johns County ordinance. The minimum age to book is 21, and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. No parties are allowed, and any guests outside of the reservation must be approved by the hosts prior to their arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. Late check-outs and early check-ins are subject to an additional fee of $50 per hour.
