Quiet hours are observed between 10 pm and 8 am. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property, with a $200 per day fee for violations, plus extra cleaning fees to remove odors and stains. Pets are not allowed on any furniture, including beds, sofas, and chairs; evidence of pets on furniture may result in an additional $75 deep clean fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended inside the property, be completely house trained, and not cause excessive noise. Waste must be picked up and disposed of properly, with additional fines for waste left inside the property.
