The house features two full bathrooms, one with a shower/tub unit and the other with a stall shower, ensuring comfort for all guests. Free street parking is available, and there is free parking in the driveway of the house for up to 4 vehicles when at maximum occupancy. Away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, you will be close to many local attractions, including Mount Sunapee Resort, SRK Greenway Trail, Pillsbury State Park, Monadnock-Sunapee Greenway Trail, Lake Gunnison, Mt Sunapee State Park, Rand Pond, and Lake Sunapee.
