The gravel driveway of the home can accommodate 2-3 cars. Do not park in the covered carport areas as these are designed for owner storage. This contemporary house is nestled in the tranquil neighborhood just a stone's throw away from the beautiful Lake Stevens. This 1,000-acre freshwater gem lies in the heart of the picturesque Snohomish County, just 36 miles north of Seattle, offering a perfect blend of natural beauty and recreational bliss. Lake Stevens is the largest lake in the county, boasting crystal-clear waters surrounded by lush greenery and panoramic mountain views. The majestic Cascade Range is a breathtaking backdrop, creating a postcard-perfect scene that changes with the seasons. The lake invites visitors to explore its waters through boating, kayaking, and paddleboarding. Anglers can cast their lines into the lake's depths in pursuit of the abundant fish species that call these waters home. The surrounding parks, such as Lundeen Park and Catherine Creek Park, offer hiking trails, picnic areas, and playgrounds, making it an ideal destination for families and those looking to unwind amidst nature. Lake Stevens serves as a gateway to a multitude of nearby attractions. This prime location allows you to easily explore and visit the rest of the city and its surrounding region. Early check-ins are not guaranteed. The fee for early check-in is $25 per hour for every hour in advance of the check-in time. Check-out is no later than 11am. Late check-outs must be approved and are $50 per hour for each hour beyond the regular 11am check-out. If guests stay past the 11am check-out time without approval and without completing payment, guests will be charged for the next night’s stay. If a maintenance issue arises, we will do our best to correct it as quickly as possible. Emergency maintenance issues will be prioritized. There is no smoking of any kind allowed at the property. If any smoke debris or smell is identified during or after a guest’s stay, a $250 deep cleaning fee will apply. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate pets. Anyone found to have brought a pet of any kind onto the property will be fined $500 and asked to remove it immediately. There are no parties or events allowed at the listing. If a party or event is held, a deep cleaning fee which may be between $500-700 will be charged. Additionally, a charge for carpet cleaning will also be charged which is dependent on the size of the home. An additional cleaning fee of $50 per hour will be charged for each additional hour of cleaning or maintenance required if the housekeeping crew finds an unreasonable mess or anything is damaged. Ensure that the number of guests matches your reservation as each person generates more to clean. There will be a $50 fine per guest at the property in excess of the reserved number.
