The upper deck features a gas grill for outdoor cooking, while the screened-in lower deck provides a perfect spot for relaxed family meals, complete with tables and chairs. Experience the comfort of memory foam mattresses in every bedroom. Even the living room’s pull-out couch features a memory foam mattress, ensuring everyone has their own sanctuary without the need to draw straws for sleeping arrangements. Boat and car parking are available. This property is pet-friendly with a small fee. Dogs are allowed with a maximum of 3, and require a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Highlights include being 2.8 miles to Lost Bridge Marina, 2.3 miles to Lodge at Whitney Mountain, 30 minutes to Downtown Rogers, 40 minutes to Back 40 Trails, and 45 minutes to Downtown Eureka Springs. Lake access is within a 6-minute walk, and you can enjoy swimming, fishing, and kayaking in the crystal-clear waters of Beaver Lake. A boat ramp and lake access are just 8 minutes away. Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. Amenities are provided in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. Exterior cameras are at the property for security purposes with one doorbell camera on the front door and an outdoor camera on the backyard shed. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee has been paid. If an unapproved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home, and if you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
