Experience the comfort of memory foam mattresses in every bedroom. Even the living room’s pull-out couch features a memory foam mattress, ensuring everyone has their own sanctuary without the need to draw straws for sleeping arrangements. Boat and car parking are available. This property is pet-friendly with a small fee. Dogs are allowed with a maximum of 3 and require a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Exterior cameras are at the property for security purposes with one doorbell camera on the front door and an outdoor camera on the backyard shed. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM.
