With three cozy bedrooms and two full baths, it comfortably sleeps up to eight guests. Enjoy coffee on the upper deck, dinner on the shaded patio table, and quick rinse-offs in the outdoor shower. Clean, simple, and ready for your stay. Located in the small Crystal Beach neighborhood on the Bolivar Peninsula, Ocean Shores offers quick, easy access to the drive-on Gulf beaches via the cross streets off Hwy 87. This laid-back coastal area is popular for quiet beach time and fishing, with a mix of vacation homes and year-round residents. Walk or bike to the beach in minutes, or use a golf cart for quick runs. The ferry to Galveston is free and operates 24/7, making it easy to explore the area. The property has security cameras, one monitoring the bottom patio and another overlooking the top deck. Maximum occupancy is eight people, and any additional guests must be pre-approved. Only registered guests are allowed at the house, and any visitors must be disclosed and approved. Parking is only permitted on the grass driveway, and smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and outside. No parties or events are allowed, and noise should be kept to a minimum during nighttime hours. If there's any accidental damage, please inform us immediately. Please lock doors upon departure and return the key to the lockbox. Swimming at Crystal Beach is at your own risk as there are no lifeguards on duty. We ask that you respect our home as we would respect yours.
