Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accommodation for your team during an extended project in our area, we provide a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience. The kitchen is fit for a chef with stainless steel appliances, plenty of countertop space, and cooking essentials including pots, pans, and utensils. Brightly lit with an air of sophistication, both the breakfast nook and the dining room offer the perfect balance of cozy home comforts and restaurant elegance. The living room offers an upscale space to chat with friends and watch TV, featuring beautiful creams and luxurious dark blues. Free parking is available to guests in the double garage and on the driveway. Complimentary use of the washer and dryer is included with your stay. An electric car charger is available. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than 6 guests. Frisco is one of the most exciting destinations in North Texas, with a blend of big-city amenities and small-town charm. With beautiful parks, exciting museums, and vibrant shopping, Frisco offers something for everyone, making it the perfect place to play, shop, and explore. Highlights include Toyota Stadium, The Star, Stonebriar Centre, and the National Videogame Museum, all within a short drive. We do not allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort on our property. Violations of the no-smoking policy are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. Please discuss pets in advance; we only allow house-trained pets and ask to make sure they keep off beds and furniture. Pet cleaning fees apply. Small low-key gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels and ensure compliance with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations.
