The property has a regular pest control service, but sightings of wildlife and pests are possible. Towels and linens must be left in the apartment, otherwise, missing ones will be charged. Pool towels provided by Hawthorn must be returned after use. Smoking is prohibited, and a non-refundable fee of $250 USD plus tax will be charged for any signs of smoking. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. Unauthorized late check-out will incur a fee of half the nightly rate. Guests must provide an email to receive communication and check-in instructions. The property does not have a mailbox for receiving mail, but arrangements can be made to send mail to the management company's office.
