The first floor hosts a spacious bedroom with a queen bed, smart TV, and closet, along with a full bathroom featuring a modern tub/shower combo. The spacious master bedroom offers a luxurious king-size bed, a private balcony, and an attached full bathroom with a Jack and Jill layout connecting to the final bedroom with a queen bed, full closet, dresser, and smart TV. The home has an active security camera installed at the front door, recording for security purposes. Quiet hours are enforced between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. No parties or large group gatherings are allowed, and any guests outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to arrival. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited, including on the front porch, and violations will result in an additional cleaning fee. Late check-outs and early check-ins are subject to additional fees, and guests are required to follow all house rules during their stay. The second living space includes a work station, perfect for catching up on work if needed.
