The sofa also converts into a comfortable sofa bed for an additional two guests. Overlooking the lounge, the kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need for your stay, including a full-size fridge/freezer, a freestanding oven and cooktop, a built-in microwave, and a coffee maker. Sit up at the sleek island breakfast bar with seating for two or enjoy alfresco dining in your patio area with a grill, plenty of outdoor seating, and a propane fire pit. The spacious bedroom features a luxuriously large king bed topped with soft, quality linen, a built-in office nook by the window, a closet, and a Smart TV. The sparkling en-suite bathroom offers a relaxing full-size bath, overhead shower, and a vanity stocked with essentials. Guests can also use the laundry/dryer set in the en-suite along with plenty of soft, fluffy towels and some beach equipment. The property offers coveted off-street parking for guests. Ride along the serene tree-lined streets and into town to see all the historic sights at your own pace. Within walking distance from the guest house are great coffee shops and restaurants, including DOS Coffee and Drake's Deli. A short drive takes you to the beautiful Vilano Beach to soak up the sun. This top location is right in the heart of the historic Fullerwood neighborhood of Uptown St. Augustine and is only a short 5-minute drive into the city center with its abundance of restaurants, bars, and boutique shopping. Quiet hours are between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. No parties are allowed, and any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. No vaping or smoking is allowed on the property, including the front porch. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Late check-outs and early check-ins are not allowed without prior approval, and guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, are strictly prohibited. Parents with younger children use the home at their own risk as it is not child-proofed.
