The first floor hosts a bedroom with a queen bed, smart TV, and closet, along with a full bathroom featuring a modern tub/shower combo. Upstairs, a second living space includes a workstation and a cozy couch with a chaise lounger. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and a private balcony overlooking the front yard, plus a smart TV.
