Ample seating is available at the large dining table, countertop, or high-top table. A full-size washer and dryer are also provided. The first floor hosts a spacious bedroom with a queen bed, smart TV, and closet, with a full bathroom featuring a modern tub/shower combo just outside the door. Upstairs, find a second living space with a workstation and a cozy couch with a chaise lounger. The master bedroom features a luxuriously large king bed, a private balcony overlooking the front yard, and a smart TV. An en-suite bathroom with a shower and vanity is stocked with essentials. Quiet hours are observed between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM, enforced per St. Johns County ordinance. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival and must vacate the property during quiet hours. There is an active security camera installed at the front door (Ring Video Doorbell). Tampering with or removing the security camera may result in reservation cancellation and guests being asked to vacate the premises.
