The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare meals. In-unit conveniences include a washer and dryer for a hassle-free stay, and a clean and modern bathroom stocked with starter supplies. As our guest, you have full access to the entire private apartment and the building's fantastic resort-style amenities, including two rooftop pools, a 24/7 fitness center, and outdoor lounge and grills. On-site garage parking for one vehicle is available for a nightly fee of $20. Your apartment is in the heart of National Landing (Pentagon City), a vibrant and well-connected neighborhood perfect for both business and leisure travel to the D.C. area. Guest screening is required prior to check-in for safety and security. The two rooftop pools are for registered guests only. Please display your parking permit at all times to avoid being towed. The building's HVAC system is centralized and operates seasonally. A starter kit of supplies is provided, but bath towels are not included. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. Smoking indoors may result in a $300 fine, and parties on the property incur a $300 fine. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Late check-out is available for an additional cost with 24 hours' notice. Package deliveries to the property address are not allowed. Lost linens or apartment keys will incur additional charges. Turn off the air conditioning when leaving to maintain a comfortable environment. The damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but intentional damage, policy violations, and damages exceeding $300 are not covered.
