Video surveillance may be used in common or public areas. Early check-in and late check-out offers are sent when available. No gatherings over 10 people, including visitors, and extra guests require prior approval. No smoking in the unit or on the balcony, with a $250 fine plus cleaning costs for violations. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm to 8am, with violators charged a $200 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction, with violators charged a $500 fine. Pets are not allowed, with a violation resulting in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
