The living room practically begs you to sink into its irresistible, oversized L-shaped couch. The kitchen is an absolute dream, boasting brand-new appliances that will make any chef's heart skip a beat. Whether you're whipping up a gourmet meal or just unwinding with some takeout, this kitchen is so beautiful you'll find yourself gazing at it in awe. The condo also offers beach toys and equipment, board games, and a private washer and dryer for your convenience. The condo includes one free designated parking space for your convenience. Pets are only allowed with prior approval. San Diego's Pacific Beach neighborhood embodies Southern California’s chill vibe. Whether you're headed there to catch some rays, shred waves, or partake in the famous nightlife, PB (as the locals call it) is a constant beach party. Situated between the Pacific Ocean and Mission Bay, Pacific Beach is an ideal base for exploring San Diego's major attractions. From wide, sandy beaches to trendy rooftop bars and unforgettable fish tacos, Pacific Beach offers a vibrant lifestyle. After a day of basking in the sun or catching waves, enjoy dining at nearby restaurants like Ambrogio15, JRDN at Tower23, or Costa Brava. For your safety, we have a Ring Doorbell Camera at the front door. San Diego now requires all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. We enforce this policy, so it must be signed to receive check-in info. Strict rules include no smoking of any kind on the property, with a fine of $500 for violations. Occupants exceeding the number declared on the reservation will not be permitted to stay past 10 PM, and guests are not allowed to use outdoor areas after 9 PM. Only small speakers playing at low volume are allowed outside, and noise complaints constitute a violation. Remove excess trash and wash dishes before checkout to avoid fines. Although we provide self-check-in for a completely contactless experience, we are available to help answer any questions prior to and during your stay.
