The property features a large deck, lagoon views, a short walk to the beach, and a fully stocked kitchen. The pier includes a small craft launch appropriate for kayaks and canoes, but not for motorized craft. Free parking is available at the property with a maximum of three cars, which must be parked under the house on the right side. For one pet, guests should pay a $120 pet cleaning fee plus tax. Only dogs are allowed, with a maximum of two pets per property, and the maximum size of the pet is 30 lbs. Explore miles of beautiful sandy beaches and the lagoon right at your doorstep. Nearby, visit Gulf State Park with its beaches and fishing pier. A number of restaurants and bars are just moments away, offering the perfect spot to watch the sunset while dining on fresh-caught seafood. For even more entertainment, head to the Wharf, where you can enjoy zip-lining, mini-golf, arcade games, live music, and a giant Ferris wheel. The property is a duplex with some shared amenities and includes a security camera/recording device outside for safety and protection. Beach towels are not provided. From March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. For same-day late check-ins, host approval is required before booking. The home has a maximum occupancy limit, and renters who exceed this limit are subject to eviction. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, with violations incurring a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, with violators charged a $200 fine. A state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking. The guest must be at least 22 years old to make a reservation. No parties or events are allowed, with violators charged a $500 fine. Guests must inform about pets as soon as the reservation is made, with any violation of the pet policy incurring up to a $500 fine. Pets must be kept on a leash under the guest’s supervision while outside the premises and walked in designated pet areas. A pet shovel or equivalent must be used to remove pet waste from the property. Guests are responsible for all damage caused by pets, which must be kept clean and sanitary inside the property at all times.
