Guests can enjoy a valuable credit of $35 a day towards beach gear rentals during their stay, which can be used for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more. Additionally, every guest has the opportunity to rent beach chairs, beach umbrellas, bicycles, and kayaks. Services such as grocery delivery and in-home chef services can be arranged, and a qualified babysitter can be set up for you. The DeBordieu Colony Community Association charges each vehicle a $20 fee to enter the community, up to a maximum matching the number of bedrooms in the rental property. DeBordieu Colony is a very private, oceanfront gated community located near Pawleys Island, South Carolina, on the coast between Charleston and Myrtle Beach. For a fee, most homes and villas offer onsite private DeBordieu Club amenities such as golf, tennis, and multiple dining options to guests. Natural amenities include miles of beach and tidal creeks, an on-site nature preserve with walking trails and bike paths, and a delightful year-round climate. DeBordieu is more than a vacation destination; it is also home to a small number of fortunate folks that enjoy the finest Low Country Lifestyle as either permanent residents or second home owners. Smoking is not permitted on the premises, and guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian to book the property. A maximum of 3 cars is permitted, and the check-in day during summer is Friday. The property is cleaned and sanitized by professionally trained and equipped housekeeper employees, following CDC housekeeping protocols, approved disinfectants, and personal protection equipment.
