Check-out time is at 11:00 AM, and guests are responsible for leaving the apartment in good condition. Mail cannot be received at this address, so please consider opening a PO Box. Kindly note that a $350 refundable security deposit is required and will be collected directly by the partner after your booking is confirmed. The security deposit will be handled through direct communication with the partner and is not processed automatically.
