This recently remodeled condo features a fully stocked kitchen perfect for preparing home-cooked meals. The beautifully decorated space boasts a modern design with a gorgeous stacked stone fireplace and a spiral staircase leading up to the second-level loft with a skylight. Relax in the cozy window seat or enjoy your favorite show on one of the four flat-screen smart TVs throughout the unit. Enjoy the open year-round indoor pool and hot tubs, with a temperature-controlled room ensuring comfort in any weather. Parking is conveniently available in front of the unit building, with two parking spots provided. The Gatlinburg Summit complex is a picturesque 4-mile drive from downtown, offering the majesty and solitude of the Great Smoky Mountains while being close to a variety of family-friendly activities. Explore Smoky Mountain National Park, ski at the nearby resort, or visit downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge for endless dining options and attractions like the Tennessee Aquarium, Ripley’s Believe It or Not, and Dollywood. Firewood is not provided, but can be purchased at the condo office or local stores. Cell service is limited due to the location, but free, fast Wi-Fi is available. Access to the property is via a scenic, paved mountain road, recommended for vehicles with good brakes and moderate clearance. Smoking in the unit or on the balcony incurs a $1000 fine plus cleaning costs. No parties or events are allowed, with violators facing a $200 to $500 fine. Pets are not permitted, with a $200 fine for violations. Suitable for children and infants. For same-day late check-ins, host approval is required.
