In-home entertainment includes a pool table, foosball table, air hockey table, arcade-style games, board games, and cornhole. Garage and driveway parking are available, with space in the garage for storing skis and outdoor gear. Pet-friendly properties allow pets at a cost of $10 per pet per day. Emotional support animals fall under this requirement as they do not have the same rights as service animals under the ADA. Located near shopping, dining, trailheads, and world-class ski resorts, this home offers easy access to downtown Salt Lake City and Big & Little Cottonwood Canyon. It is close to Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, Solitude, and Draper trail systems. Smoking or vaping is not allowed on the premises, and a $200 per day fee will be assessed for each day of the reservation if it is found that guests have been smoking or vaping on the premises. For unauthorized pets, a $250 fee will be assessed. Guests are required to pick up after their animal and will be charged $10 per exterior location if not cleaned up by the guest. If animals defecate or urinate on the floors, the guest will be responsible for payment for professional carpet cleaning services. If animals cause damage to the property, the guest will be responsible for paying for any repairs or replacement. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Moving furniture is not allowed, and a $500 fee will be assessed if the cleaners have to move furniture to reset the property for the next guest. A $30 fee, per bin, will be assessed for unbagged garbage found in the bins.
