By day, immerse yourself in the dynamic rhythm of the Central Business District. As the sun sets, discover the nearby Warehouse District’s renowned galleries, trendy bars, and innovative restaurants. Nearby attractions include the Smoothie King Center (0.6 miles), The National WWII Museum (0.7 miles), Caesars Superdome (0.5 miles), the Warehouse District (0.4 miles), and the French Quarter (0.9 miles). Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hour late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest is provided per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
