This spacious Catskills home was designed with groups in mind, featuring three full levels of living space and multiple gathering areas. The first floor recreation room features a pool table, ping-pong table, shooting arcade, and a variety of games and toys for all ages. The second floor serves as the heart of the home, bringing everyone together in a warm, open-concept layout. The kitchen is fully equipped and designed for group cooking, featuring custom cabinetry, granite countertops, and a large island that seats up to five. A drip coffee maker and coffee are provided. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area comfortably seats up to eight guests and includes a wine refrigerator and wine rack, with folding chairs available to accommodate larger meals. The living room is anchored by a beautiful stone fireplace with a wood stove, soaring cathedral ceilings, and an impressive wall of windows that fill the space with natural light. Extra comforters are available. The third floor offers additional sleeping and relaxation space. A bright and airy loft completes this floor, providing a comfortable space to relax, read, or enjoy games at the table. The back deck features a barbecue and picnic table.
