This sunlit home features a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a double-door fridge with a water dispenser, island seating for 4, a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, plates, utensils, and glassware. The modern bathrooms include walk-in showers, a tub, and his and hers sinks. Enjoy the cozy living area with a pool view and smart TV. There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience. Enjoy the heated pool for $30 per day. A 2-car garage is available for your convenience. Located in a family-friendly neighborhood, this home is ideal for beach trips, staycations, or workcations. It's also just 5 minutes from the Florida Botanical Gardens, Heritage Village, and Largo Golf Course. Quiet hours are between 11 pm and 7 am, meaning no loud noise of any kind, including music. Parties are never allowed, and the maximum occupancy is 8 people. If you intend to have a guest over outside of quiet hours (i.e., 8 AM - 10 PM), you must notify us in advance and receive written permission. Any parties will result in the immediate cancellation of the remainder of your stay with no refund and a penalty of up to $500. Pets are allowed with a fee of $125 per pet per stay, with a maximum of 1 pet allowed per stay. Pets are not allowed on beds or couches. Unauthorized pets incur a $250 penalty per pet and possible reservation cancellation without refund. Guests must clean up after pets; failure to do so results in a $50 penalty. Smoking of any kind is not allowed inside the property, including vaping. If cleaning determines that smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, we reserve the right to charge a $250 penalty. If smoking is observed during the course of an active reservation, we reserve the right to cancel the stay without any refund and charge a $250 penalty. If you'd like to smoke, we ask that you do it outside and at least 10 feet from the house and pool. Do not discard cigarette butts or cigars on the grass. If we have to clean any up we reserve the right to charge a $25 penalty for each one we find in the grass or on the ground. Unless otherwise stated, all check-in times are 4 PM EST and checkout times are 10 AM EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes (rounded up). In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries), we reserve the right to charge a $125 fee for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. No firearms are allowed on the property unless otherwise permitted by us in writing; the firearm must be licensed and properly stored at all times. A violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. Please keep the thermostat set to “AUTO” mode and do not set the temperature lower than 71°F to prevent system issues. Weekday daytime noise (Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM) is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations and other activities, which are unpredictable and beyond our control. [SI]
