Each of the three bedrooms represents a different era—RED, FOLKLORE, and LOVER—offering a fun, immersive experience while still maintaining a polished and tasteful design throughout the space. The fully stocked chef's kitchen features a double-door refrigerator, stainless steel oven and stove, microwave, built-in dishwasher, and island counter seating. The cozy living room has warm leather sofas, a sleek fireplace, a bold mural, and sunlit windows. A starter supply of all paper goods and household necessities is provided, including bath tissue, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, shower gel, laundry detergent, shampoo and conditioner, body soap, and clothing storage. Pups are welcome with a $250 pet fee. Please keep them off the furniture to avoid extra cleaning fees. Parking includes a 2-car garage. Please do not park on the street, as that can result in being ticketed or towed. This home is just 4 miles away from Broadway and conveniently close to everything that Nashville has to offer. Nearby places of interest include Butchertown Hall, Redheaded Stranger, The Optimist, Tennessee State Museum, and Musicians Hall of Fame and Museum. We can host a maximum of 10 guests (including all adults, children and infants) for safety (fire and insurance) reasons.
